We are OPEN!

After our relaunch yesterday, we are running smoothly and already have had some wonderful comments about our site, and our new designs! Thank you all so much for your comments and well wishes!

We appreciate all of our customers, and hope if any of you have any trouble with our site or the new check out system, please email us at info@sweetbabydesigns.com to let us know! We're more than happy to make your shopping experience as easy as possible! You will be directed to upload your photos immediately following check out!

Once you have paid and uploaded your photos, you will receive your online proof to view within 48-72 hours. If you have any trouble with the photo uploader please email us and we can help. Please be patient with it, if you have large and/or multiple photos, it may take awhile for them to upload.

If you are wondering the status of your order, just log into your account and you should be able to see if we have received your photos, or if a proof has been sent. Please allow 6 hours after payment for photo receipt status changes, and 48-72 hours for the proof sent status changes. If your status is "proof sent" and you have not received it, please check your junk folder, if it is not there, please email us at info@sweetbabydesigns.com and we will resend it to you.

Please remember our minimum order is 25 cards, or 1 pack of cardstock. You will be notified by customer service if you are under this amount and will be given instructions on what to do to complete the order.
