Thank you all for the well wishes. It's been an interesting weekend of mishaps, but we're trying to move on the road to recovery around here.

We appreciate everyone's patience yesterday, and wanted to update and let you know that we are open and running as normal. There may be some delays with customer service emails, however they will all be answered same day.

Emergency Closure

Due to a serious car accident as well as a separate incident of family illness, we will be closing for at least today, Monday, January 21st. Orders and photo confirmations will be handled as quickly as we can, in the order received.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your patience during an extremely difficult time. If you have any concerns, please email info@sweetbabydesigns.com, and we will handle your emails as quickly as we possibly can.

All orders placed will be taken care of as quickly as we can in the order they are received. Any large proof edits for Jamie will be handled by Christy during the next few days.

Customer Service closed this weekend

Hi everyone!

Our customer service desk will be closed this weekend from Friday, January 18 at 12:30 PM EST until Monday, January 21 at 8 AM. This will not affect our normal proofing and shipping. All questions will be answered, and photo confirmations will be sent out, in the order they were received, on Monday.

Any proof edits for me will be completed on Monday as well, in the order received.

If you have a question directly regarding the shipping of your order, please email shipping@sweetbabydesigns.com and include your order number with your email.
