Holiday Hours and Shipping Information

First of all, all of us at Sweet Baby Designs want to wish you all, and your families the most beautiful of holidays, and sweetest of New Years! We appreciate your business and hope these holidays are merry and bright for you all!

Please note that Friday, December 21st is the last shipping day before the holidays begin.

Our holiday hours are as follows:

Saturday December 22 - 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm EST
Sunday December 23 - Closed
Monday December 24 - Christmas Eve - Closed
Tuesday December 25 - Christmas Day - Closed
Wednesday December 26 - Boxing Day (in Canada) - Closed
Thursday December 27 - reopening at 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST Will be shipping
Friday December 28 - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST Will be shipping
Saturday December 29 - 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm EST
Sunday December 30 - Closed
Monday December 31 - New Years Eve Closed
Tuesday January 1 - New Years Day Closed
Wednesday, January 2 - reopening at 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST Will be shipping

There will be no emails answered, shipping, proofs or proof editing during the days we are closed. All emails and photo confirmations will be replied to in the order received upon our return.

When we reopen on January 2nd, we go back to our regular shipping/business hours, which are available here.

If you have any questions regarding the shipping status of your order, please email shipping@sweetbabydesigns.com. Please include your original receipt when emailing so we can find your order for you.

Due to overwhelming demand

Wow! We received so many emails yesterday inquiring about our holiday cards.

We have decided that we will still take holiday card orders.

BUT, Pre Christmas delivery is NOT guaranteed now, even with rush shipping!!! Our proofing time is 48 hours and we do all orders, in the order received, to be fair to all of our customers.

So you can still order, but we cannot guarantee you will receive your cards before Christmas. Keep this in mind when ordering! If you have any questions, please let Jamie now at info@sweetbabydesigns.com.

We just want to say thank you for making our holiday card season wonderful! We were able to work with many new faces, and also say hello again to many returning customers.

We also appreciate those who were patient as we worked through this extremely busy time. Our designers worked extra hours to get proofs done promptly, most within 24 hours, and our shipping department worked hard to get all orders out in time. Our work is not done yet, we still have a few more to complete.

We are now closed to holiday orders. We are currently not accepting any holiday card orders.

If you have placed an order for holiday cards, or if you wish to have your other greeting cards before Christmas, you will have to finalize and pay for your order, with rush shipping purchased, TODAY, DECEMBER 10th to guarantee Christmas arrival. If you have trouble adding the rush shipping, please email Jamie at info@sweetbabydesigns.com.

If payment is made after today, we cannot guarantee delivery! Please be patient with our designers today, they are answering emails in the order received, to get all proofs and edits completed today. Check your email often, as they will be working throughout the day to help get your order complete. Please understand they have many orders to do, and will get to you, we do our edits in the order received to be fair to all of our customers.

IMPORTANT NEWS REGARDING HOLIDAY DEADLINE

To our loyal customers,

Due to overwhelming demand, we are pleased to make our holiday cards available for an extra week, until December 10th!

If you wish to order your holiday cards after December 3rd, please note the following regarding shipping:

1) We only guarantee shipping with the purchase of RUSH SHIPPING, which is an extra $12. You must add this on when you get to checkout. If you are unsure as to how to add this to your cart, please email Jamie at info@sweetbabydesigns.com, she will give you instructions. If you do not purchase rush shipping, we cannot guarantee your order will get to you before Christmas.

2) All orders must be placed and concluded by December 10th. This means, they must be placed, designed and paid for to guarantee their arrival before Christmas. Again, rush shipping must be purchased to guarantee delivery. Any orders paid for after December 10th will not be guaranteed.

3) Be specific in your order form, especially in regards to paper size and type. Cardstock is not available in 4x6, only in 4x5.5, 5x5 and 5x7, and only in packs of 25. Photo paper is available in 4x6, 5x5, and 5x7. Our minimum order amount is 25 cards regardless of type.

4) Make sure you email the original, unedited photos, from your camera. Do not edit, modify, crop, or remove red eye. If you attach a cropped photo, please attach the original for us to work with as well. We cannot accept photos attached via photo galleries, so please attach the originals to your email. If we receive a gallery link, your order will get held up, as you will be emailed to send the originals. If you have trouble with this, email Jamie at info@sweetbabydesigns.com and she will assist you.

We have had the pleasure of working with many of you on your holiday cards, and look forward to working with you again.
